RBS Credit Card Plans, Packages & Prices

RBS business credit card includes:

  • No annual card fee for the first year
  • No annual card fee after the first year if spend is over £6,000 every year
  • 56 days interest-free credit period
  • Manage your account through the ClearSpend app
  • Smart data online including reports to help you analyse spending
  • Minimum credit limit of £500
  • Maximum credit limit is subject to status
  • Provides flexible monthly payment options
  • Available to RBS business banking customers with a turnover of up to £2 million

Business credit card charges include:

  • £30 annual card fee although exempt for the first year and if you spend over £6,000 every year
  • Late payment admin fee £12
  • Non-Sterling transaction fee 2.95%
  • Cash advance charge 3%, minimum charge £3

RBS Background

RBS was founded in 1727 in Edinburgh and grew to be one of the biggest banks in Scotland. They are part of the NatWest Group along with many other banking and finance brands including NatWest, Ulster Bank, Coutts, Isle of Man Bank, Child’s & Co, Drummonds, Holt’s and Lombard.

They offer a wide range of personal and business banking products across the UK. Their business product range includes bank accounts, savings accounts, debit and credit cards, virtual card solutions, loans and finance products, trade finance and business service products.

RBS offers their business credit cards to their business bank account customers only. They provide businesses with an introductory offer of no annual card fee for the first year which is normally £30. They also waive the fee if you spend over £6,000 per year on your credit card every year from the year of opening it. You can manage the account through the ClearSpend app and run reports to analyse your spending.

Switching To RBS

You can apply for an RBS business credit card if you are an existing RBS business bank account customer through their website. If you are not an existing customer you can open a business bank account with them and then apply for a credit card.
