Copper CRM Software Reviews

Copper CRM only features on one of the leading customer review sites which is Trustpilot. The reviews on Trustpilot currently rated them overall as poor, however, only 13% of reviewers rated them as bad and 6% as poor. 41% of reviewers rated them as excellent and 27% as great. The reason for the low overall rating appears to be due to the volume of low scores received recently and the positive reviews being from several years ago.

Negative comments include issues with payments and cancelling contracts, difficulty to speak to a person, misleading pricing and generally poor customer service. Some of the positive comments include easy to use software, useful integration with email and flexibility but these comments are largely over four years old.
