The Best Brands for Customers
We analysed Review.io, TrustPilot and SiteJabber reviews data to find out the best companies for consumers/customers. The total no. of reviews were added up across all three sites and we then took the average index score for each company. We also looked at Twitter, Facebook and Instagram follower data for each company to reveal which is the most followed on social media/the most popular. We excluded companies that did not have data for all metrics.

The Best Brands for Employees
We analysed Indeed and Glassdoor data to find out the best companies to work for. The total no. of reviews were added up across the sites and then we took the average index score for each company. We also looked at Indeed salary data to find out the average salary in each company and the average bonus employees can expect to receive. We excluded companies that did not have data for all metrics

Methodology
We have analysed Forbes 100 most valuable brands to reveal the top best companies for customers and employees. We used review data from Glassdoor, Indeed, TrustPilot, Review.io and SiteJabber to analyse employee and consumer satisfaction, as well as average salary data for each business. In addition we analysed social media follower data on these brands to reveal the most popular on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. All data was collated between 17-02-2020 to 25-02-2020.
